We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Tech
Support/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate
will provide exceptional support to our customers by troubleshooting technical
issues, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires
strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a passion for helping
others.
Requirements
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers through solutions.
Document customer interactions and technical issues in the support system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.
