About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and working with phone systems. As a VOIP Phone Systems Programmer, you’ll help set up and support our phone systems to make sure calls work smoothly and reliably. You’ll work with other teams to build and maintain systems that meet our needs and keep everything running safely and efficiently.
Requirements
What You’ll Do:
Set up and program VOIP phone systems to fit business needs.
Help fix problems when phone systems aren’t working properly.
Work with IT teams to make sure systems connect well.
Follow best practices to help keep phone systems secure.
Write down important system steps and fixes for future reference.
Provide help to team members when they have questions about the phone systems.
Requirements:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
